ALL replacement window, sliding patio door, hinged entry door, and garage door/opener (as well as most vinyl siding) product warranty coverage from ALL manufacturers (except ANLIN) EXCLUDES LABOR. Whenever you make a product warranty claim for windows/doors and the parts (sashes, screens, IGUs, locks, springs, lift mechanisms, rollers, weatherstripping, etc) are provided to you, the customer, for free/no charge, there may be a labor component needed in order to remedy the issue/failure and get the product back to ideal working condition. Since there is NO LABOR INCLUDED, you will have to do the work yourself, or HIRE an installer to do the work for you.
PPIWS INSTALLERS James Bowers (windows/doors) and Mark Maliske (siding) are available to complete any labor needed (at current market rate service call charges) when a product warranty claim requires a specialist with product knowledge and experience to be able to complete the product repair(s). Our garage door installer Camell Beasley is also available for any garage door or garage door opener problems or issues you may encounter (at his market rate for service call charges).
ALSO - if you have LABOR ONLY service issues for windows, doors, siding, or garage doors/openers that do not require a product warranty claim, but does require an expert/specialist/installer to do some labor work to remedy a problem with a window, door, siding, garage door or opener product, please contact one of the installers listed below to schedule a labor service call with them directly. ALL CHARGES FOR LABOR ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE INSTALLER AND ARE DUE UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK. ALL SERVICE CALLS MADE BY THESE INSTALLERS WILL BE CHARGEABLE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
